“We have a moral responsibility to them,” Carper said about the roughly 690,000 ‘dreamer’ illegals, not about Americans. Carper added, “doing a deal with the dreamers is as much about —  as I said earlier — is about making sure we have the folks who can go to work tomorrow.” Carper continued:

“Today, when folks want to work in this country, there is still 2 to 3 million jobs unfilled. Unfilled! Nobody is there to do the jobs, they don’t have the education, the work skills, the work ethic, they can’t pass a drug test … are we going to send 700-800,000 [illegal immigrants] people back home to the countries where they were born? They are perfectly capable of doing these jobs, they can pass a drug test, why would we do that?”

Carper’s moment of frankness came three minutes into a February 5 MSNBC interview when he was asked about the Democrats’ effort to win an amnesty for the DACA illegals, whose population ranges up to 3.25 million. The left-wing host did not object to Carper’s suggestion that millions of Americans be discarded for the benefit of illegal immigrants and Wall Street investors.

This toxin targets brain cells and skeletal muscle. A broad spectrum of adverse cognitive reactions occur from taking statins. It is becoming increasingly clear that the cholesterol-heart hypothesis is a fallacy of modern medicine. In the future, medical historians may liken the prescribing of statins to lower blood cholesterol with the old medical practice of bloodletting.

In plain English: s--- is everywhere.  People defecate on the open ground, and the feces is blown with the dust – onto you, your clothes, your food, the water.  He warned us the first day of training: do not even touch water.  Human feces carries parasites that bore through your skin and cause organ failure.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined that a few decades later, liberals would be pushing the lie that Western civilization is no better than a third-world country.  Or would teach two generations of our kids that loving your own culture and wanting to preserve it are racism. Our basic ideas of human relations, right and wrong, are incompatible. As a twenty-one-year-old starting out in the Peace Corps, I loved Senegal.  In fact, I was euphoric.  I quickly made friends and had an adopted family.  I relished the feeling of the brotherhood of man.  People were open, willing to share their lives and, after they knew you, their innermost thoughts.

The Ten Commandments were not disobeyed – they were unknown.  The value system was the exact opposite.  You were supposed to steal everything you can to give to your own relatives.  There are some Westernized Africans who try to rebel against the system.  They fail. In Senegal, corruption ruled, from top to bottom.  Go to the post office, and the clerk would name an outrageous price for a stamp.  After paying the bribe, you still didn't know it if it would be mailed or thrown out.  That was normal.

The longer I lived there, the more I understood: it became blindingly obvious that the Senegalese are not the same as us.  The truths we hold to be self-evident are not evident to the Senegalese.  How could they be?  Their reality is totally different.  You can't understand anything in Senegal using American terms.

To the alarm of many observers, there isn’t a single prominent Democrat or left-wing media organization that has denounced the gross abuse of power detailed in the FISA memo. Without exception, every left-wing media outlet and Democrat lawmaker remains complicit in the treason, even sometimes endorsing the tactics as “necessary” to remove a President that was elected by the will of the People through a lawful democratic process.

This realization proves just how dangerous the Left Cult has become, demonstrating that they are totalitarians through and through, believing that the “proper” role of government is to be deployed as a weapon to destroy political opponents. In effect, as I’ve stated numerous times, these revelations prove that Democrats are not qualified to participate in any democracy. They do not honor the rule of law, and they reject the outcomes of any elections they don’t fully control. It’s clear from these events that Democrats are a clear and present danger to this Republic (and all its citizens).

The president made his remarks during a speech in Ohio on Monday. He did not specifically mention the memo but hinted strongly at its success. On Saturday, Trump said that he was “vindicated” by the release of the memo, describing the ongoing investigation as a “Russian witch hunt.”

He also shared the text of a Wall Street Journal editorial that was critical of the FBI. “No matter its motives, the FBI became a tool of anti-Trump political actors,” the editorial read. “This is unacceptable in a democracy and ought to alarm anyone who wants the FBI to be a nonpartisan enforcer of the law.”

“This country is headed for bankruptcy,” Jones said, pointing out that President Donald Trump ran on a platform of withdrawing from Afghanistan, but has since changed his mind and decided to send more troops.

“No one has ever conquered Afghanistan, and many have tried. We will join the list of nations that have tried and failed,” Jones warned. Mattis countered that the US was not trying to conquer Afghanistan, but “ensure another 9/11 hatched out there does not happen during our watch.”

Another 3,000 US troops were ordered to Afghanistan in September 2017. Many US troops stationed in Iraq have also begun transferring to Afghanistan this week.

It seems American schoolchildren lose their ability to think creatively over time. As students enter their educational journey, they retain most of their abilities to think creatively. In other words, children are born with creative genius. Employing a longitudinal study model, Land and Jarman studied 1,600 children at ages 5, 10, and 15.

Surprisingly, Land said they discovered if given a problem with which they had to come up with an imaginative, and innovative solution, 98 percent of 5-year-olds tested at the “genius” level. Simply put, their answers to how the problem should be solved were brilliant.

Upon entry into the school system, those numbers started to drop dramatically. When the team returned to test those same subjects at age 10, the percentage of genius-level imaginative and innovative thinkers fell to an unthinkable 30 percent. The indicators led the researchers to believe the current educational system is to blame. Not only did 68 percent of those students lose their ability to think with imagination and innovation, the thought that only 30 percent could still do so is unfathomable.

Land’s team was not surprised to find only 2 percent of adults (age 31) still retain their ability to think imaginatively.

It explained that “the Swiss will exchange information with rich countries if they have to, but will continue offering citizens of poorer countries the opportunity to evade their taxpaying responsibilities.” According to the report, the United States’ secrecy score (60) is rising, which results in attracting corrupt wealth. In 2013, the US was in sixth place, and in 2015 it took third place in the rating.

The report added that “Financial secrecy provided by the US has caused untold harm to the ordinary citizens of foreign countries, whose elites have used the United States as a bolt-hole for looted wealth.” Cayman Islands, Hong Kong, Singapore, Luxembourg, Germany, Taiwan, the United Arab Emirates, and Guernsey closed out the top 10 most corrupt countries.

The least corrupt nations among the 112 covered in the rating were San Marino, St Lucia, St Vincent and the Grenadines, and Montserrat. The countries with the lowest secrecy score were UK (42) and Slovenia (42), Belgium (44), Sweden (45), Lithuania (47), Italy (49) and Brazil (49).

"Maybe the Fed would be happy to see a bear market that could be blamed on Trump." Schiff thinks the markets could easily correct 20%. One black swan event Schiff sees is the notion of investors abandoning the euphoria over Trump's presidency, which helped fuel the stock market rally this year.

"We've had a huge move up since the election of Trump even though prior to the election the expectation was if Trump won it [would be a disaster for markets]," he said. When asked if the two straight quarters of double-digit earnings growth has sparked the rally in stocks this year, as opposed to solely Trump, Schiff pointed to earnings headwinds in the retail sector. The Federal Reserve is scheduled to meet later this week.
