They threaten other entities with sanctions for providing services or facilities for vessels that engage in pipe-laying for both Nord Stream 2 beneath the Baltic Sea to Germany and TurkStream’s extension across the Black Sea to Turkey. Both pipelines will supply low-cost Russian natural gas to these and other European countries. When completed, Nord Stream 2 — the world’s longest underway pipeline — will be able to deliver 55 billion cubic meters of gas per year, 110 cubic meters of gas annually together with the initial Nord Stream pipeline.

Completion is expected in January. Yet the Trump regime and Congress aim to halt the progress of both pipelines by the threat of sanctions on entities and individuals involved in its construction. On Friday, Putin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stressed that Russia will do “everything possible to protect its interests and the interests of its commercial projects,” adding: This applies “to all the other sanction aspirations of the US side.”

“In the context of Nord Stream 2, we see this as nothing but a manifestation of the unfair competition.” “Of course, we firmly believe that these steps contradict the principles of international trade and even international law.” The European Commission criticized Trump regime sanctions on Nord Stream 2 and intention to expand them. A bloc plan to strengthen the “economic and financial sovereignty of Europe” is being prepared.

With the anti-lockdown narrative beginning to become more prominent throughout the UK following the arrest of 150 people over the past weekend, a clampdown on independent thought is looming. The arrests were made because of anti-lockdown protests in London, and the heavy-handed nature of dealing with these protests is extraordinarily alarming. Now the crackdown is moving online, where the gradual destruction of free speech is becoming ever more blatant and cynical. The Sunday Times reported that there is even a brazen operation to suppress people’s fundamental right to express their opinion.

The UK authorities intend on literally using military intelligence brigades to manage the elimination of free speech. The primary target of this military operation is what the Times calls “anti-vax militants” and supposed propaganda content across the internet and social media.

Just think – eleven months ago, at the beginning of January 2020 – nobody would have thought – not in their wildest nightmares – what would be coming to humanity within the next few months – maybe years if we don’t stop it. Repression no end – all possible because of an atrocious fear campaign. Clever – fear from an invisible enemy. People with fear will end up with a vastly reduced immune system, vulnerable to all kinds of infectious diseases, not just covid. Fear also reduces the will to resist – people under fear can be manipulated. We see it every day. This invisible enemy V [the virus], they say, has killed hundreds of thousands of people.

Truth is, however, quite different. CDC figures show that there have been no excess deaths in the US in 2020 – in fact the total deaths at the end of 2020 may be even lower than in 2019 – So, what are we talking about? A phantom virus-killer?

“The Council is led by a core group of global CEOs and public leaders, known as the Guardians for Inclusive Capitalism, who convene annually with the Vatican to advance the Council’s mission,” the press release stated. Despite his frequent denunciations of capitalism, the pope has reportedly endorsed the group, comprising businesses, investors, and other groups that represent $2.1 trillion in market cap and 200 million employees.

“An economic system that is fair, trustworthy, and capable of addressing the most profound challenges facing humanity and our planet is urgently needed,” the pontiff told members of the Council. “You have taken up the challenge by seeking ways to make capitalism become a more inclusive instrument for integral human wellbeing.”

The founder of the Council and Managing Partner of Inclusive Capital Partners, Lynn Forester de Rothschild, said the initiative is meant as a response to the pope’s call for businesses to hear “the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor.”

“Capitalism has created enormous global prosperity, but it has also left too many people behind, led to degradation of our planet, and is not widely trusted in society,” said Ms Forester de Rothschild. “This Council will follow the warning from Pope Francis to listen to ‘the cry of the earth and the cry of the poor’ and answer society’s demands for a more equitable and sustainable model of growth.”

Pope Francis has issued repeated calls for his version of a global reset following the coronavirus pandemic. “We will be able to regenerate society and not return to so-called ‘normality,’ which is an ailing normality, indeed which was ailing before the pandemic: the pandemic highlighted it!” the pope said in late September, adding that the old normality “was sick with injustice, inequality and environmental degradation.”

However, we must remember that the total debt figure had already reached record highs in 2019, before any pandemic and in a period of growth. The main problem is that most of this debt is unproductive debt. Governments are using the unprecedented fiscal space to perpetuate bloated current spending, which generates no real economic return, so the likely outcome is that debt will continue to rise after the pandemic crisis is ended and that the level of growth and productivity achieved will not be enough to reduce the financial burden on public accounts.

In this context, the World Economic Forum has presented a roadmap for what has been called “the Great Reset.” It is a plan that aims to take the current opportunity “to shape an economic recovery and the future direction of global relations, economies, and priorities.”

“2021 is literally going to be catastrophic based on what we’re seeing at this stage of the game,” said Beasley, adding that for a dozen countries, famine is “knocking on the door.” He said 2021 was likely to be “the worst humanitarian crisis year since the beginning of the United Nations” 75 years ago and “we’re not going to be able to fund everything … so we have to prioritize, as I say, the iceberg’s in front of the Titanic.”

Beasley is feverishly trying to raise more money to meet the rising tide of hunger that he is witnessing all across the planet, but he feels like he is fighting a losing battle. Freakish weather patterns, crippling droughts and colossal armies of locusts have devastated crops throughout 2020, and the COVID pandemic is putting an extreme amount of stress on global food distribution systems.

As a result, food prices are surging and hundreds of millions of people living in impoverished countries now find themselves unable to afford enough food to eat on a regular basis. Here in the United States, approximately 50 million people have experienced food insecurity at some point in 2020. According to PBS, this hunger crisis is even worse than what we went through during the last recession…

Are we supposed to forget the track record of this company who deliberately misled regulators about the hazards of their products, knowingly contributing to the deaths of more than 125 people? Or who experimented on children? Or who has paid out hundreds of millions in settlements for the deaths of scores of patients?

The fact is that Pfizer is one of many companies developing or who has developed a COVID-19 vaccine with track records that include bribing government officials to illegally testing products on children to making false claims about drugs and illegally marketing them. These companies include Johnson & Johnson, whose penalty total on Violation Tracker is $4.2 billion, AstraZeneca ($1.1 billion), GlaxoSmithKline ($4.4 billion) and Sanofi ($641 million).

While attempting to fact check completely false information about vaccines is one thing, the idea that government, media, and institutions should launch a coordinated effort to censor those who simply advocate for safety, is chilling. Questioning potential solutions and vigorously testing them is the very foundation of sound science. When one side gets to silence the other, however, this process can no longer be referred to as science but rather a scientific dictatorship.

Most notably, China and India share a hotly-disputed border that they’ve violently clashed over as recently as this year, CNN has previously reported. India’s agriculture relies on a monsoon season that’s already grown unpredictable due to climate change, prompting experts in the country to worry that China may use its ability to control rain and snowfall as a weapon.

In a navigational warning on its website, the agency states that the Fortuna will be working in the southern Baltic Sea off Ruegen, a large German island situated in the country’s northeast. The warning is in effect from December 5 to 31.

Nord Stream 2 is a $10.5 billion energy infrastructure project between Gazprom and Western European energy concerns Uniper, Wintershall, OMV, Engie, and Royal Dutch Shell. Once completed, the pipeline network will double the existing 55 billion cubic meters of gas per year capacity of the Nord Stream network to 110 billion cubic meters, and turn Germany into an energy hub for deliveries further west.

German officials and industrial magnates have repeatedly pointed to the importance of Nord Stream 2 as a means to guarantee Berlin’s energy security amid the country’s phase-out of nuclear and coal power. On Friday, the German Eastern Business Association confirmed that up to 70 percent of the Nord Stream 2 network could be filled with hydrogen, a clean fuel that, when consumed in fuel cells, produces only water as a byproduct.
